I hate my local post office

Yes. The topic says itself. Our local post office sucks! Every time I went there just to send a latter or two with a greeting card or just couple of DVD’s to my friends (I do this a lot) I have to wait at least 30 mins in line. Every time I came into, some guy is always sending a bunch of “special delivery” envelopes, so I have to wait when employee is getting done with him: place a mark, check the weight, put a sticker, and put information into computer; and he need to do this with an every envelope.

Shame for the service inside the office, they have only one window for buying empty envelope or parcel, sending/receiving “special delivery” items. And what is really makes me mad it’s a girl who worked inside the office, and she is just walked here and there with a damn stupid T-shirt with a sign: “Thank you God, I was not born as Russian” (is not a literal translation). Disgusting! How they even allowed her to start a work day?

Btw, “UkrPost” had a re-branding and I have no idea why they made this. Anyway you can view their new web site here: ukrposhta.com. They should better make a better service inside their company and not just visual changes, which one you may see only outside.
